I stopped eating cereals because of the news about it being bad, my health suffered greatly! I am now eating it when ever I want and not just for breakfast.

I always say this and people be like “ur crazy” i mean like if they think having a bunch of dessert in ur breakfast is healthy then ok. I eat cereal as a dessert only.

The big problem is a lot of people don't read ingredients let alone do any research on what do these ingredients mean. Most only go by what is said in front of the cereal box labels.

I’ve been eating special k with berries to give my body a break from eggs since I’ve been eating a lot of meat recently. But then the added sugar.. it’s like 🤷🏻‍♀️

I remember when I was a kid I used to eat cereal 3 times per day for 3 days I got so sick and I was on the bed for 2-3 days doing nothing and keep crying cuz my head was hearting me so much 😢 be careful on kids food

Cereal always makes me dehydrated. It’s the high sugar content. But Regular chocolate chip cookies don’t even bother me.

depends on the amount of sugar, as high as in these cereals cola and stuff it isnt healthy at all, in small amount like in fruits or really small amounts of say cola its not a big of a deal. the dose makes the toxic,

For very few sugar is not the problem. If you look at the Metabolic sickness that is plaguing this world... read the science studies, you would quickly see it is much more than getting off the couch.

How much sugar is enough for a cup?

1 cup equals 8 fluid ounces 16 table spoons 48 tea spoons 1 cube of sugar roughly equals 1 tea spoon 128 grams equal 1 cup A standard sugar packet here in the USA equals 2-4 grams of sugar while in places like Poland it equals 5-10 grams. Now if you're simply trying to measure a cup of sugar as a cup you need a measuring cup which will hold 4 cups on the smaller end and 16 on the bigger end before you start hitting liters. Now the measuring cup I use at the restaurant I work in is a 16 cup measuring cup and one cup is about a finger and a half tall with a radius of 2 inches...if I'm remembering correctly. Hope this helped.

Dear doctors, please read the studies on processed foods. We don’t need 12 tsp in a day. What glucose our body doesn’t eat.... it makes. Glucoseneogensis... from the liver. Our blood regulates 1 tsp of sugar. when we keep more than that in our blood, the term is called diabetes. Fructose is the biggest culprit. Dried fruit in too much can be an issue too. Cereals and processed foods are not good for you. Healthy choices, eggs, pork chop, chicken filet.... keep those carbs low. They process to fructose and glucose in the body.

Already listen, I’m gonna yo be honest I know cereal isn’t healthy and We shouldn’t eat too much of it. But when I’m eating cereal in the morning, I don’t think about the sugar in take etc. because if I was, I wouldn’t be eating cereal. On the other hand I work out, I go to the gym 4 times a week for an hour and a half. I’m a very healthy Average boy body for me, a 19 year old

I used to believe in the first few of the list if it's sugar it's bad however also learned that companies will use different words that may be further down the list that end with ose. For sugar that is. If it's a lot of that and it's high in sugar then it may not be good
