I have ADHD, but playing with a fidget spinner actually helps me more than things like putty and even stress balls. There’s a whole variety of things that help people with ADHD with their fidgety habits, not one thing works for them that is the same, meaning no one has the same coping mechanism to handle being fidgety.

Amanda Marie I have ADHD and fidget spinners distract me to i like to use crazy Arron's thinking putty and I use the hard one because it more work to move it in your hand so you are moving more I find it very helpful

ADHD is real I'm not harrasing anyone but I have ADHD and my school is banning fidget spinner and so I was wondering if anyone know how to tell your school that you need a fidget spinner because you need it for your adhd

maybe ask your parents for advice, or you could use other tools like stress balls or putty mentioned later in the video

actually there is not a lot of scientific research supporting the claim that fidget spinners are good for ADHD. However, some therapists still claim they can help. I think you have to be aware if it truly helps you or not. :) What do you think?
