Hello it was amazing video... right now iam working in tech support role and i have learnt web technlogies like html,css,java script, react etc... and also uipath a month ago, here iam confused rpa is a low code platform,so it has a earning potential or not, i think programmers has potential to earn more than rpa tool ( correct me if i am wrong), I am an average coder whether i go for web development or RPA development, between them who earns more, who has potential to earn big bucks... thank you

Hi Thinkbots. Thanks for watching the video and leaving your comment/question. RPA development and Web development are uniquely different in their own purpose. The fact that RPA is low code doesn't make it low-pay, but just the same doesn't make web development or other heavy coding roles more lucrative either. Both technologies solve different problems, so they both have equal capacity to bring big bucks. If you prefer (or like) programming in syntax over building low-code RPA processes, by all means do that. But if you are unsure whether RPA is a good fit for you just because it's low code, I can tell you that there is a great interest in the tech and those who can work well in this space do earn competitive salaries, of course, amongst other factors that make RPA a good fit for them. Please feel free to connect on LinkedIn if you have more questions. Cheers and good luck!

What about RPA remote job ( working remotely outside India), Is this possible in rpa
@RPAForEveryone
@RPAForEveryone Жыл бұрын
Hi Chethan, that's a great question! As far as directly hiring on payroll is concerned, companies prefer to have local talent with relevant visa provisions which makes it easier overall. However, in some circumstances, offshore jobs are also equally beneficial, so it does come down to joining the right company. On the other hand, if you're looking to do some freelance work for clients outside India, companies like Fiverr, Upwork and other freelance marketplaces have listings and offers around RPA projects. You may want to explore that if relevant. Either way, I would suggest trying to connect with the relevant recruiters on LinkedIn and other networking sites. There's a great demand for RPA remote work (partly because it's so easy to set up). I hope this helps.

@@RPAForEveryone but where I have searched for remote jobs outside India recruiter asking for us citizenship or visa in this situations how we can deal with it.
@RPAForEveryone
@RPAForEveryone Жыл бұрын
@@chethankumarg4626 I think your question doesn't directly relate to RPA specifically, because the above is true for any other tech in today's environment. Just as you would need work visa/permit to work in other tech in a specific country, you need these for RPA as well. When networking on LinkedIn, you could specifically discuss with recruiters about companies that may potentially sponsor a work visa for you. The visa arrangements differ from country to country, so it will depend on which place you're trying to get a job at. Please connect on LinkedIn (from my KZbin banner) to discuss more.

Is RPA dead after AI coming over?
@RPAForEveryone
@RPAForEveryone 7 ай бұрын
Hi @dragonjpt1195, I strongly feel that we are quite far away from AI replacing RPA or killing its need in the industry. What a great coincidence that I just published an article and LinkedIn post about exactly this conundrum! I will post a link to the article in description medium.com/@rpaforeveryone/4-essential-skills-to-boost-your-rpa-career-in-2024-5aaccec3ad81

Hi Soumyajit, AI is on everyone's mind, including RPA technology provider companies. They have already started focusing their efforts on developing AI-centric career paths. For starters, search for "UiPath Academy Specialized AI Professional". Here is the link: academy.uipath.com/automation-developer-specialized-ai-professional Depending on your skill level in RPA, you can choose which path suits you best and get started! Good Luck and Happy Automation!
