We shared your comment with Dr. Edelman, and here's his response: "Hey buddy, I think you may be going through manopause! In reality, it is possibly that you have developed hypercortisolism based on just your short explanation, but speak to your doctor about the reasons why your control all of a sudden got worse. It is possible, and it’s important to be tested. Has anything changed with your weight, your therapies, and are you on blood pressure and cholesterol meds, and are they working? Looking forward to your response."

If you are responding to insulin and glp1s but not losing any weight, despite diet and exercise changes, can that possibly be due to hypercortisolism?

@dianetigert1310 yes I tend to be easily offended when someone who doesn't know anything about me. Minds my business and tells me what I should do without knowing anything about me. Find some business of your own and leave me alone.
