Very well explained. Thank you! In terms of food and exercise, I am already pretty happy (food with as little ingredients as possible and 80-90% weight lifting). But the amount and quantity of sleep still might need some fine tuning. 🙈

Thanks so much. Yes, sleep is important for sure. If l can't get back to sleep in the middle of the night, l come down to the kitchen and play solitaire for about 30-40 minutes. It relaxes my mind, l guess, because l can usually fall back asleep relatively quickly. Have a productive week.
