Right on! To use myself as an example, I am a very powerful woman by my fear robs me of that power. My blood pressure sometimes goes over 300 when I think about my children. The pain is so intense that I ignore dealing with my fears. When I deal with my fears by journaling or by the Emotion Code, it goes down. The doctor wants to put me on BP medicine. I need to deal with my fears but, of course, I am afraid that my BP will go sky high. Thanks for all you do, the encouragement you give if so helpful.
