Do you believe that land is a productive resource? If it's not being used, should it be repossessed?

Yes, land is a productive resource, it's needed for literally anything from agriculture to real estate and recreation, but it shouldn't be repossessed because people/person might fall into financial hardship, which can make development difficult. One should be allowed to pass it down to the next generation who might actually utilise it

I believe land can be a productive asset. I believe people have a prerogative as to what they will do with their assets they have purchased or inherited. Having said that, the only instances I think land should be reposessed is if it's of a particular size and over and is sitting idle for a specific amount of time or if it's foreign investors who have the land and it's just sitting idle for a specific amount of time.

Failure to develope property ,(1) then city officials swoop in and obtain the ownership title (2) adjacent neighbor notices no one does anything to vacant parcel of land so he has big development ideas So goes to the city municipal of Land and Title demands to purchase it (3) forge documents you purchased and forge ownership title

Failure to develop is grounds for repossession. But LEGAL process must be followed
