I'll tell you how you do this. You choose a message you want. "Hail Satan" for example. Now you record it. Then you play that backwards. When you hear something that sounds interesting you record that forwards. Now you play that backwards.

The thing is, you can play any vinyl album backwards and hear anything that you want to hear. Digital recording allows you to actually put anything backwards in real time in a song that when played backwards, it's there without guessing...big difference
