@@DaleWHickman I fully understand - is there any way to to find out some rough numbers for various things knowing that local area and supplies can affect things? I have have seen numbers from others who have had vinyl walls installed (16' sheets) for about $350/ft.

Dave Great Vid! learned so much. Two questions for ya: 1. why not keep the navy pier pilings you used to secure the top wailer? You removed them. Just wondering why you don't keep them as navy style pier? Thanks, 2.Also, somehow you got your inside top whaler installed after you had tiebacks connected. You vid does not say how you did that.

Hey Darin thanks for watching my videos and comment! The navel style wall requires two sets of wailers top and bottom to be effective. I typically don’t do a navel style till the wall height gets over 5 feet to keep the center of the wall from bowing out. That is the purpose of the naval style wall. The 5.5 vinyl series that we use is strong enough to be freestanding 5 to 6 feet without a center whaler. The inside whaler is installed after the tie back system is installed so we don’t pull it down with the tie back rods and cause the top cap to become unlevel. I level across the top outside whaler with a 2 foot level and bolted the inside whaler with 3/8 x 3“ bolts to the vinyl sheet piling to keep it level for top cap installation. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching my channel Curtis. The poles on front of the seawall are temporary just hold the whaler up and we typically spaced them 8 foot on center just to support it till we install the vinyl sheet pilings.

Hey Paul thanks for watching the video. thank God I do not handle the pricing anymore my office estimators do so I wouldn’t even begin to tell you where to start. Plus I really don’t like to post that stuff on the Internet for people that think they’re competition 😂😂 We like to set our Company above with using larger diameter piling and driving them deeper in the ground and a more custom experience for the customer.

I do like to talk to Neighbors about tying into the wall to make sure we have a good connection is not leaks in between Poppy lines. Sometimes that even gets me the neighbors job 👍
