You’re exactly right. Thanks for watching my channel in your comment, but don’t encourage trees around a seawall because of the roots grown out but when we have to deal with them, we make sure the wall is tied back very securely.

First of all God Bless you, your team, and President Trump! I am a contractor from Maryland and am looking for ideas on what kind of company to use for 3500 LF of Temporary Sheet Piling, Cofferdams, and tons of turbidity curtains. I am an E&S control installer but I am unsure of whether to use a dedicated Shoring Company or to use possible a marine contractor. What do you suggest?

I like watching these videos, Yall do great work. Its really cool just to see the different equipment out on this one job. Between safety to tools, You have a whole arsenal of stuff. That excavator is really interesting how the arm can swivel without moving the body of the machine. I bet you have over 1 million in tools/equipment out on this job.

I did do a trailer for a show called MegAdocks out of California one time but I don’t think it ever took off at least they never called me lol maybe I wasn’t the personality they needed. 😄 It is very interesting as you say that’s why I enjoy my job so much and still being out in the field doing it.

Why do some of the docks look like they float up and some do not? Is it just that the ones that float are not connected to pilings?

Thanks for your question and watching my channel. You typically won’t see me building a floating dock because the environment I work in is just too rough for floating docks. I think they’re good for rivers and lakes. So these would have floats and rings around pilings or they could float them down where mine are attached to the pilings. More of a fixed structure.

I’ve used helical piers in the residential work that I’ve done in the past. Would those ever be used for hold backs or any other application in your sea walls ? I’ve only used them in specific situations but I always want to learn something new from someone like yourself who is a real pro

This is the first time I saw your channel If you cut the bottom of the panel off an inch or 2 so you don't have to start both sides at the same time. If your allowed use some dawn dish soap on the tight panel to get it started
