Hello again, A friend of mine who also creates content often trades stats over the phone with me to figure out what we are doing right or wrong. We bounce ideas off of each other as well as test thumbnails and different approaches to video creation in the attempt to find favor with the algorithm. Of course we still can't figure anything out, but it's nice to try to figure out a working formula. Sometimes we wonder why a video that is doing so well all of a sudden stops dead in its tracks as if KZbin decided to stop supporting it. I find. sometimes, changing the title or a thumbnail of that video or title seems to give it new life but not always. Properly naming your video file apparently also helps to pull meta data from just your file name helping people find your video. One thing you might want to discuss with your viewers is how to customize your channel if you have not discussed it yet. I find updating my KZbin page with an autoplay of my newest content or putting one of my better videos front and center allows viewers to get to see what my channel is about when someone stumbles across it. Also using end cards and other little add-ons seems to help. Keep pushing and enjoy the rest of your day.

Yes, it is false hope if anyone expects instant success on KZbin. I am not saying that it couldn't happen because it doesn't. It takes hard work, perseverance, and patience.... and a lot of it, lol. Thanks for watching! Yea, I think KZbin is helping smaller channels out more but you still have to have the basics in place - it's misleading because it makes it sound like there is no real effort required. Have a great day!

Yep, I just found your channel so YT is on Easy Mode. You are doing amazing! I've been on YT for over a year and have less subscribers than you. I recently posted a video about my struggles and I will make more videos on this topic and document my journey because it's very interesting. I think I wanted to do too many things in the beginning and now I need to niche down a little bit and focus on a few things.
