@Saroj Padiachey He emphasised on using good quality potting mix. A small sapling can be potted in 8 inch planter. But, a bigger sapling needs to be potted in above 12 inch planter. The planter needs to be lined with stones. The potting mix should have sand or else the plant will not do well. He uses 1:1, soil+ organic manure mixture. The plant needs to be planted at a proper height, not too low from the rim, not high. It should be at the soil length. If you get a plant that's dug from the ground, you will need to keep it 8-10 days in the shade. If it is in a nursery bag, you can place it in the location you want. Water the plant throughly, if the weather is not hot it will sustain moisture for 4 days. If the weather is hot, water it when the soil gets dry. When the plant settles down, pinch the shoots, a lil. If the plant starts flowering, remove the flowers. And, you can fertilise it water of overnight soaked mustard cake.
