Definition of mortgage is not proper. It should be “mortgage is immoveable property offered to secure the proposed loan”

I think Speaker gives wrong info about the down payment if I am not wrong I think we can give 5% of the first $500,000 of the purchase price and10% for the portion of the purchase price above $500,000. She said if property value is even under 1 dollar of 1 million, then client can go for 5 percent down payment.
