My friend in Busia is constructing a very funny two bedroom house, he calls it reverse psychology of housing. He began with walls first, then roofing and finally completed the foundation last room by room. I thought it was madness, but he says it is a clever way of cost saving. Bwana Isaac how stable and safe is such a house compared with the usual starting with the foundation, then walling to roofing.

But construction depends on places , so don't force people to take expensive wine while water is available in there places on a cheaper price... For instance people bordering Tanzania tiles are very cheap and are quality material compared to Kenyans. The only things we can buy in Kenya are paints only.
