Namaste ji : Does Isabgole helps directly or indirectly in reducing cholesterol and triglycerides? Then how long and how much and at what time it should be taken. Pl guide sir.

One can start taking 2 spoon isabgol daily at night for a month or two then alternative days for a month and stop for a month or so and see your body requirements and start again accordingly. My Cardio Dr. has advised for isabgol as this work as cleansing agent and helps in reducing cholesterol.
