Project of Love is: the bible in song 🔥🙌
This is the perfect verse to close 2022 and usher in 2023.
When God told my wife and I, separately, that we would start the first week of October with the release of the first Isaiah, I don't mind telling you, I was hesitant and a bit scared. Ok, maybe a lot scared ..;)
Up until then I had been writing and recording these Bible verses in solitude. Just me, God, and the Bible. The start of every day, the end of every day. And I loved it. I've never felt more close to my Father than in those days.
I wasn't keen on going public with this.
What would people say, how would they respond to these songs? It felt like I was gonna share my most intimate moments with God, with the world.
And I gotta say, these last fews weeks have not been a picnic. I've gotten my share of hate mail. I've been called a liar, a demon worshipper, was told I use the wrong translation, and how dare I say I had heard God speak. Comments made by my own family, Christians.
And when you work so hard to make a new release happen every week and get these kind of comments, I won't lie to ya, it's tough.
And there's where these verses of Isaiah 41 kick in.
"For I have chosen you. Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand".
Wow. This is God encouraging us. You. Me.
So let's be inspired by that! And don't just keep it to yourself. Blessings are meant to be shared! Send this to someone who needs it.
And instead of finding fault with each other, let's encourage each other and let God do the talking for us 😉

Three years ago, after 20 years of struggling with depression, he met with God.
"He took me out of the pit, gave me new life, new clothes, a mission, and here I am.
In January 2021, while I was reading the book of Isaiah, I heard a quiet voice say: "grab your guitar and sing what you're reading".
That's what I did and I'm still doing.

I don't understand how any one especially family could have anything bad to say about these songs you wrote. Your music was brought to my attention through the Bible app plan and they have given me encouragement and such a peace from God. I agree. I too found this through the Bible App, and thought the same thing. How can any Christian NOT have something positive to say about scripture being sung... word for word. I have loved listening to everyone so far. Just incredible. Musically and Spiritually, what's there not to like. Keep going brother, the Lord is in this, he will not put you to shame. ❤❤❤❤

Thank you for sharing your testimonies and encouraging people in the description of each song! I'm so sorry for all the hateful, negative and discouraging comments some people have given to you. I pray that you in return love these people and give them to God that they might find the real love of God. The more I study the word of God, going deep into learning the word in Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek the more I find that denominations, Bible versions/translations are to divide the body of Christ.
