Hindolam is the no1 raga in karnatic music. The raga can attract even the people who do not want to listen the karnatic music.

Simply superb.. This is really nation building exercise .. Youngsters will certainly get attracted to this beauty. Carnatic music most analytical and very scientific music which has therapeutic value as well. Once any one get attracted to carnatic music , film music becomes dirty and will run away or close your ears. This is my experience OLD Hindi or OLD Kannada films songs are very famous because all are Raaga based songs and music directors are all carnatic music exponents .
