Massive psychological win today after the horrendous defeat against Bournemouth last week, we were a bit flat at times but 3 goals and two posts got it done. I do feel we went flat early in the second half and it a risky tactic in the premier.

N Jackson has gone 7 games without a goal in that talented Chelsea team. havertz keeps missing big chances. Isak is banging them in for Newcastle. 17 PL goals, you would be happy with that at the end of the season and we're only in Jan. It's also worth noting he gets taken off to avoid risk but he plays for the team and i don't see him winging like others strikers have done in the past. Without a doubt one of the best strikers out there. I remember Wilson saying Isak is a winger. I wonder what he thinks now :) Isak is in terrific form and if he is kept fit, Newcastle have a chance of winning a cup this season. He's now a prolific goal scorer and PL teams are scared of him. You can see by the way defenders leave others open just to cover/stop him but as he keeps dropping deep , going wide, they are finding him impossible to mark. The way he times his runs and his ability to open up the game whenever the ball is at his feet, What a player! NUFC will win cups with this man at the top. Tonali once again, superb.

I think what the last few games have shown us is we need two new CB’s they are starting to show their age Schar and burn have been fantastic but you can see it’s coming to a end and their age is showing, I hope Eddie starts to look at replacing them before it’s to late , if guehi had of come it would of been guehi and Botman , so we definitely need to thank the two of them for being a fantastic for the club and both are great guys , as much as you want to sell Kelly he’s younger and faster and better , it’s time before we start looking at burn and Schar as a longstaff Eddie needs to stop this

The commentary was horrendous. Whoever the co-commentator was obviously hates Newcastle. The delusional, biased comments towards Southampton got to a silly stage. It was quite unbelievable. 2 examples were him saying the penalty decision was probably the worst decision he's ever seen, and him saying he hopes they ''don't draw the line straight'' when their offside goal went to VAR. I thought commentators were meant to be neutral??
