I like the video but the crow hop isn’t real pitching. It seems to add too much jerky movements during the delivery. When we were allowed to take our back foot off the rubber, people screamed bloody murder. But sadly this is what pitching is now.

if you mean the jump when men pitch thats actually a god addition to mens pitching because it allows so much more power into the actual pitch and with that batters experience harder pithces to hit and as a softballer myself i love the thrill of faster pitchers

@@logangreen4190 when the only way to be successful is by jumping leaping crow hopping Crossfiring not pausing then you are flaunting the rules as well as making a mockery of the game. Take up Irish Hurling. Let's let the runners take a lead of first. Little by little the game becomes a circus
