@@alceearsberry4150 I’ve been taking it back and forth to work for about 2 weeks now and it has been great. The seat is fairly comfortable, the dual suspension is great. I love that it has a nicer display, turn signals, and horn. The brakes are pretty good. You can tell that an electric brake turns on as soon as you touch the brake handles, so it stops well. On flat surface I can get to 30mph, which seems quite fast on such a small bike, but it’s stable. I’m 230 pounds, so I’m not 100% sure of the range, but I drive it 12 miles a day and it seems to have about 40% left afterwards and that is with me pretty much full throttle the whole way, with quite a few stop signs, so there is a lot of stopping and then full on acceleration until the next one. It seems well made. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the large group of wires that is on the handlebar shaft. Its functions ok, I just think it could look nicer if done a different way. I may get some black zip ties to make it look nicer. I personally think it is the most bang for your buck compared to the others I’ve seen. I get a lot of compliments on it too. I did have e to add mirrors to the handlebars because I was not a fan of not being able to see behind me. It’s a lot more fun than I expected it to be.

@@LifeAfterLosing dam it has turn signals where are they located in the front or the back. Another thing do the handlebars flex when you hit a bump is there any movement in the stem would a handlebars fold over is there any play there

I was riding my P1 this afternoon and also down to two bars on the battery display but noticed that whenever I hit the rear brake it would go up to full battery. I guess my caroma P1 has regenerative braking?

@@michaezell4607 I have an i14 and it does the same. If I coast, the battery gauge does not move, but if I brake, the voltage goes up. The i14 has the voltage on the display so I am thinking the same thing. The engine braking must be some sort of regen.

Do the wires along the handlebars annoy you? How would you manage those wires if you want them to just seamlessly blend and lay better?

No they don't annoy me. Unfortunately you cant because the wires are solid so they don't bend very well. The best you get is the long wide arc shape but they don't get in the way

It should be okay depending on how big the hills are. As you saw in the video I was able to go up and overpass bridge and not only that it hold its speed. It increased its speed going up the overpass from a stop. So it should do all right for you

I have a i14 scooter it gets maybe 16 miles for charge I've been getting a err message a big H and than the scooter slows down to a stop after 20 minutes of riding I stop the motor for 5 minutes and H stops . its a hassle can someone help me..I weigh 225 by the way

It sounds like it might be overheating. That's protection for it not to overheat and burn up the motor. If you ride it for a little bit and then you get the error and then stop and the area goes away. It sounds like it might be overheating.

@@josephberanek2292 I’m similar weight and with the stuff I bring it has to be about 250 on it. I had that issue too and it seemed to fix itself. The second time I rode it, it gave me that error and then the third time. I have been driving it for a few weeks and hasn’t done it again. I am thinking that it did it because it was new and I was doing full on acceleration with it over and over. Now that I just drive it normally for commuting, I haven’t had the error and it has been hotter outside than it was when I got the errors. Hopefully it has something to do with the motor breaking in? I guess time will tell.

At the time that I reviewed the caroma it did not have suspension. Just recently they put out a new model that has suspension with a little bit more powerful motor. But it's very very recently

@@Watermeloncatendorser I have the i14 and for me at 225 pounds it can do 22mph uphill and 30mph on flat surface. On the small downhill I have on my way to work, 35 no problem. When the battery is at about 40%, it can still easily do 25 on flat surface and like 18 up an incline. Much faster that I ever expected. But again, it’s the i14.
