I had exactly same problem with mine and it was ok with li-po battery as a power supply, but real problem is that glow between the touch area on screen with bottoms under. you must remove the screen carefully , then remove touch screen panel under (all has glow) and clean the touch points from glow both from under side of screen and 3 touch points on touch panel. It works 100 prosent. remember dont use aseton or tiner, it destroys the screen

I had the same problem with 2 units. The problem is not in the devices it is in the power supply. I have changed to more stable power supply and they work as they should.

You are right guys, thanks for the hint. Powered by a battery theres no problem. But what can I do at home with power network supply beeing not grounded enough?

@@sebastianmuller926 Maybe an electrolytic capacitor at the input will do the job. I have not tried it but usually a simple capacitor filter does the job.

I fixed mine by removing the glue between the touch pad and the glass

Mine has the same problem with a 20V power supply. With a 12V power supply, the problem is gone.

that easy to fix that is not a electrical problem but the glue sticks too strong front panel and pushing the buttons all time just need to pull off the front panel and clean the glue from buttons area underneatch and the problem is gone

Mine cannot be used even powered by a 12V battery.Display calibration doesn't help at all :(

I've received two of these chargers. The first just jumps to a key error message, and the second is unusable just like the video😠 Im not thinking ISDT has any form of customer service anyway. I've written at least 20 messages all to different emails/Whatsapp numbers. Probably my last ISDT chargers I buy

Le problème survient quand l'alimentation n'a que deux fils vers le secteur. La solution est dans une alimentation qui dispose d'un fil de terre donc trois fils vers la prise de courant. Il se peut que l'absence de fil de terre sur l'alimentation ferait générer une sorte de rayonnement magnétique qui influencerait les fonctions tactiles du chargeur. Mais ceci n'est qu'une explication à la noix issue de mon cerveau trop poétisé par la technologie. En tout cas, depuis la mise à la terre de mon alimentation, le chargeur fonctionne super-bien, plus rien à voir avec un cheval de rodeo !

Not working for me. But of course, who knows how the ground is wired inside the power supply.
