bc unless you are the OP protagonist with cheat skills, one person alone can't cover for all of their blind spots, so a every party members need to rely on each other to cover for themselves. Like in an MMO you need tank, healer, Damage dealer, supporter. etc. And yeah, bad people happen sadly. Especially from the DPS in a party, they are glass cannons and can't actually function without the tank absorbing the hits for them or the supports and healers to keep them barely alive with their small health pool, but the fact that they deal the highest damage is a huge boost to their ego, without keeping them grounded, they can easily become egotistical

It doesn’t always happen, it’s a small percentage. The normal party’s are nice and agreeable, or maybe just a bit arrogant for good reason. Sometimes birds of a feather flock together and sometimes those birds take in an outsider to take advantage of. But it’s still a lower number of bad parties than good ones.

And before you say "well he was just below the threshold" he procedes to level up multiple times after a few more hours of fighting. How long are we supposed to assume the original party stayed together? The intro said they were elite so id figure its been a while, and yet only now he levels up.

One thing that is annoying about the "kicked out for being useless" trope, is that a bunch of times the MC says something like "I will show everyone that no one is useless", but it doesn't make any sense because the MC has an OP skill that is just misunderstood. Same goes for this story. 8:20 The MC says he is going to show everyone that effort matters, but the MC has a skill that is OP and a skill that scales with grinding. "Effort matters" doesn't make sense for everyone else. He isn't proving anything, other than his skill is good and his skill scales with grinding.
