ISFJ Personality | The Personality Of A Defender

I finally took my first personality test last week. The results were was that I am a ISFJ ( Turbulent). After I read EVERYTHING about what it meant, it completely described me from every thought I have had, every emotion I have felt, and why...when I see distress in someone I feel there sadness like it happened to me. Every result I have read about the DEFENDER personality describes the kind of person I am. I wouldn't change anything about who I am, I love my warm and caring heart!

Thanks thought I was an INFJ but I'm really isfj. You nailed it for me. I can go into a bar andafter one hour can pretty much read the patrons lives without knowing them.

Took the test 3 years ago and the results showed ISFJ. Now, I retook the same test and I got the same results. But my ISFJ personality is more pronounced and solid. 😅 What's more interesting is that every second of this video is actually telling my life story! Hahaha. Thank you for this amazing video!

I think this personality type is not helping me manage my emotions in a toxic workplace. I want to say no, I want to give away workload forced upon me, but I can't. Can my personality change or do I need to undergo therapy as I am malfunctioning.
