i have been following you for a while and i totally agree with what you have stated. as a yoga teacher myself i am realizing the way yoga has been taught to me isnt right. deeply in my heart i feel im disrespecting this great science. yoga in the west has totally lost its essence. we have acrobats not spiritual leader as you are. my question is who has to be condemed for allowing a mockery of this science? western society for sure but India also hasnt protected from a misinterpretation of what really yoga is. thank you for your inspiring words and teaching. That is not true. The online inner engineering comes in two parts- the part which is online and the part which is taught live. The online component only mentally prepares you for the live event.

Not falsely but his work is to take yoga in some form to every house, the practices may not be life changing but some amount of wellbeing will sure happen. But for deeper dimension of it you must go to a guru, swami ramdev or who so ever you want, and not to a teacher.

Yoga is simple to learn and definitely needs commitment to practice. Practicing to a level that you come is stage of vairagya is little difficult. Still I feel that entry barriers for this technique should not be created by adding lot of attitude to it. This attitude may add to personification and mysticism which may ultimately serve commercial interests in an indirect or direct manner.

I think you can do the meditation and yoga provided in the app at home. I believe the ones that need to be taught in the classes are not in the app. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
