When I worked for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, they cured us of the pause words (the "um"s, "ah"s, etc.). They used a bell (the kind you find at hotel front desks). Your fellow instructor would do one quick ding every time you hit a pause word. It worked because it made you more aware of just how often you were uttering them.

I have the same problem here.. I can do many things but I didn’t know where to focus on.. What I did recently is asking some of my very best friends whom I often share what I’m doing n who know me well, I also know that they’re honest friends. I asked their honest opinion about my strength and weakness, what best skill they see on me n what’s the less or worst. The result is unexpected n very helpful to narrow down the options even to decide one. Thanks to this, I finally know what kind of business I should focus on and I can move to the next step, learning how to find my niche n the winning products. But you really need to ask the ones who can brutally honest n at the same time they truly care about you. So that you can trust n consider the answer. Good luck for your future business! 💪🏼
