But i just want to put the different verses in bible for your further study. As i mentioned before in samaritan pentateuch genesis 16 vers 10 - 12, he was mentioned as a fertile man but in masoretic text it mentioned Ishmael as wild donkey. Honestly, if I was Ishmael, I'd be pretty pissed. Owning a woman like property and using her as a surrogate without consent is disgusting. Hagar's child Ismael was born of a worldly work. Abraham was given a promise by God that he would become a father of many nations and that Sarah would bear him that son. God was very direct to begin with and it was Sarah's impatience that had Hagar bear a child for her. God is able and He willed for Sarah to bear and deliver at her age. Man always wants to take things into their own hands instead of waiting on the Lord. In God's timing Sarah was able to have the child God had promised them. At the age of 90 Sarah bore because God is able to do all things in His timing. God definitely loved Ismael but he was not the promised child. Jesus has always been, no beginning but he came to earth to take the punishment for our sin, so that we could eternally be with Him in heaven. I have read this story many times over the years but listening it on this video has given me another perspective. Women in the bible have been a problem for many men. It began with Adam listening to Eve about eating of the fruit of the tree that God had commanded Adam not to eat. In the story of Abraham and Sarah, Abraham waited on God to provide him / them with a son even into their old age. It was Sarah who gave bad advice to her husband Abraham to go into Hagar in order to have a child and Ishmael was the end product. God blessed Abraham both through his sons, both Issac, the son of promise, as well as via Ishmael who was the son of flesh. The children of promise via Issac ultimately received the greater blessing yet the children of Ishmael were also blessed and God fulfilled his promise to Abraham through both sons.

So none of the grandmothers of Ali had anything to do with any Rabbi from Baghdad. Especially considering Baghdad was a city that didn't even exist at that time, it was constructed in 762 under the Abbasids. This is information that exists in clear cut books. You know, Daleel Mubeen, like the Qur'an says. I don't know if someone has some secret text that says otherwise, but such a text hasn't been ratified by the Prophet, the Imams, or any scholars. I also doubt the authenticity of such "secret" texts. When a text is only able to be accessed by a select few, the chances that some of those few will change it are high. But when a text is openly studied and memorized publicly, the chances that it will change are less, because many different people with different viewpoints are familiar with the original contents, so they would be quick to call each other out once they noticed changes.

Because, if you read the story, and don't rely on inaccurate and unScriptural commentary, like this video, you would know that God promised Abraham a son BY Sara, and by not waiting for that promise to be fulfilled, which, of course, it was, Abraham and Sara sinned against God. God's word always was "In Isaac shall thy seed be called". Ishmael became the father of the Arabic races, and Mohammed claimed that because Ishmael was born first, he should have got the inheritance. But God's word was "Cast out the bondwoman and her son, for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the free-woman". The Middle-East mess is a direct result of this situation; the Children of Isaac now possess the land, as God intended; the children of Ishmael want it, but God's eternal word is that they cannot be joint-heirs with the son of the Promise.
