I came upon these bible stories a few weeks ago. I felt good after watching one, so I watched another the next night. I felt even better. It's become a perfect little bible study before bed. I am a sinner and will always be a sinner, even after learning about the vengeful wrath of God toward sinners. It's impossible to live sin free. All I can do is try and limit the amount of sinning and hope God has mercy on my soul.

Second part When Hajer reached the mountain she was far from Ismael and couldn't see him ,she worried something would happen to him, so she ran back to check on him. After she made sure he was ok she thought to her self " I haven't achived anything " so she went again to the mountain , and she kept going and coming back six times and on the seventh round of return she saw that a stream of water coming from under his feet, she haried and started to collect the water saying "zam zam" which is the now the name for zamzam well in makkah. Nearby, there was a tribe who where moving from their old residance and looking for a place to settle , they saw birds in the sky roaming around and they normaly only seen near water sources, they headed towards the valley and soon after they found the water source along with Hajer and Ismael. They offerd to pay her in exchange for the water and so they settled in makka, This Tribe had arabic as its language and it was called "Jurhum". Later on Ismael will come to be fluent in arabic and marries from the tribe , and so his inhertance continues to bring the last prophet of allah, Muhammed peace be upon him. Ismael was a prophet agood husband and he always incouraged people to pray and thank allah for all his mercy.

Nope, Hagah was not sent away twice.. Firts time - she ran away b/c she lacked humility.. When Hagar found out that she was pregnant, she became insolent, rude and dishonoured her mistress, an older woman and the Matriarch of the household.. "Sarah then dealt harshly with her" as instructed by Abraham after she had complained to him- u see, Hagar could "dish it out, but could not take it".. She was met by "The Angel of the Lord" in the wilderness, who told her to "submit" hereslf to her mistress. GOD promised Abraham, that He would be with them and preserve them and make of them a great nation (The Children of the East) who unfortunately battled Israel thruout the Old Testament.. They were the pagan people who sacrificed their children to Dagon (Baal) and they are still doing this by sacrificing their youngsters to their suicide missions. Salman Rushdie was seriously injured recently b/c he spoke out against Islam (Same attitue as Hagah and Ishmael - "death to all who threaten our ideology")..They continue to reject the Redeemer of the World, JESUS, by denying His death and resurrection and that He LIVES to intercefe for us, rather believing the lies of a dead sinful man, Mohammed, who has led then astray. Muslims have suffered great loss just like Hagah and Ishmael did.Thay run to the "land of the infidels" so that they may have better lives. Prophetic as Ishmael was described by GOD - The Angel of the Lord (Jesus) - as " a wild ass, his hand against everyone and everyones hand against him and live in hostility to his own brothers" (Hagahs attitude, not Abraham, his father, or even Sarah (called princess) who was very submissive to Abraham and others who could have been his mother, if Hagah had submitted herself to Sarah as GOD had commanded. So Hagah and Ishmael, with poor spiritual natures, only had themselves to blame. Yep, they suffered great loss. They could have been a part of the future child of promise (JESUS).

In Genesis 6:4, As soon as Haggi knew she was pregnant, she began to despise her mistress Sarah. That is when Sarah reacted by reporting Haggi’s action to her husband Abraham, who informed her to do whatever she saw fit to the slave Haggi. Every action leads to a reaction. So Sarah mistreated Haggi who ran away into the dessert, where an Angel of God instructed her to return to Sarah & submit to her. This shows that God judged Haggi as having done wrong in despising her mistress Sarah, & she had to repent, return to Sarah & submit to her. Pls don’t paint Sarah as the horrible one. Ishmael wasn't born illegitimately. He wasn't born in the covenant. The bloodline and birthright were given to Issac because Sarah was the first wife according to marriage, the bloodline and Abrahamic covenant and as revealed to Abraham which was God's will. Based on these Old Testament writings who do you think had the greater right to be under the Covenant - Ismael who was with Abraham at the time of its making or Isaac who was circumcised nine years later? This idea of giving the bloodline and birthright to Isaac is a fiction created by writers of the scripture to justify the favours bestowed by God on Isaac and his lineage. No such justification is necessary as the Quran tells us that God bestows his favours on whomsoever He chooses without the need to justify it. The Ismael lineage was finally blessed with the seal of the Prophets thus completing God's promise to Abraham in the Covenant. Incidentally only two names given by God has "God" or "El" in it. That is ISMA-EL and (second) ISRA-EL. Isnt it strange - God's name "EL" is found in the first born son of Abraham whose lineage then claims to produce the last Messenger Mohammed PBUH. Before God every human being born on this earth matters, regardless of how other human beings feel about them. In His grace, He chose to let Ismael live, even though He was very much aware that was never His idea, nor part of His will. I have always wondered what had happened to Hagar and Ishmael. I wasn't happy to read of their treatment by Sarah and was sad when they were cast out into the desert at Sarah's instigation. But of course, God is not blind to suffering or injustice. I thank God that I understand He has instigated a satisfactory ending for Hagar and her son, Ishmael.

They were fine in the end. Acting according to the custom at the time, the Sarah, the covenant wife had the right to dismiss Hagar who was still a servant. Hagar had a very disrespectful attitude towards Sarah and Ishmael at 18/19 years of age was bullying his 4/5 year old half brother Isaac. They were not left in the desert but in the wilderness of Beersheba. There would have been communities of nomads around and Paran was nearby where they eventually settled and Ishmael got married.

Very informative!!! completely changed my perception of this Biblical story I remembered being told by my 3rd grade teacher some 40 odd years ago. Now I know, there's got to be some form of continued relationship between Ishmael and his dad, he otherwise wouldn't have been present at his funeral if Abraham had neglected him. Unfortunately the questions I couldn't ask my teacher then(out of fear) still remained unanswered, they're as follows: How was Abraham able to locate his son after sending him away?? How did he find out his dad wad dead?? Who sent him the message? Through what medium?? According to the scriptures "He returned to Bury his dad", mostly likely he went back there at some point while he was still alive. How did he locate his dad's house?? Was Sarah still alive when he visited? Was he also present at Sarah's Funeral??

Such states as Saudi Arabia (largest producer of global oil) and other Middle East states have tremendous OIL reserves - which control the amount of oil released onto the world market. This provides them with tremendous POWER and INFLUENCE! Saudi Arabia has restricted oil in recent years - which has caused an increase in living, resources, food, and other essentials necessary for life…including oil. Saudi Arabia wanted to force the US into certain agreements, and would only release oil reserves, when those conditions were met. It was highly “suggested” President Biden meet with the Crown Prince, if the agreements were to be signed, and oil finally released. If one of those countries decide they don’t agree with the Western World, Israel, or an Islamic state which they have close ties with, and withhold oil reserves…we…the rest of the global community will suffer greatly, as oil is needed for the global community to function! We have the same dilemma with Russia, when it comes to oil. Since Russia declared war on Ukraine, it has starved it of oil/gas, and redirected it to China. Obviously, Russia provided oil and gas to many other countries, such as Germany and most of Europe…causing an increase in oil price, and global panic over alternative ports of oil. Canada was approached by Germany and many other countries in hopes of purchasing our oil and gas reserves. We also offered agreements for Green and Blue Energy, so the countries affected won’t be caught in future similar crises - thus - offering a more stabilized Energy Sector and prevention of a financial global fallout/impact! Because oil is used in virtually everything in war (creation of weapons, energy source for vehicles, heating, airplanes, etc.), it creates an unstable oil market. This in turn, offers countries like Russia tremendous influence and power. Therefore, politicians throughout the world want to prevent destabilization, because Russia and China have created new influential bonds with Saudi Arabia, which in turn is having an affect on our economy, making the cost of living, fuel, and food more expensive. However, Ukraine and Israel will continue to need oil/gas in the future, which is making Russia, China (Recently sent several war ships to the Mediterranean - where the U.S., France, and Britain have air craft carriers and battle ships to intercept rockets.), and executing in conflict with them want to pressure Saudi Arabia and other influential partners into restricting oil reserves to the countries they are in conflict with, or consider them “hostile”, due to a country’s affiliation and partnership with opposing countries. So, in the end, this is affecting us all. Let us HOPE that the countries which control oil do not further reduce or refrain from further oil restriction onto the global market! I recommend The Book of Jasher it says that Sarah saw Ishmael about to kill Isaac with a bow and arrow. That book is mentioned in the Bible/Tanakh 2Samuel 1:18, Joshua 10:13. Many years passed by and Abraham left to find Ishmael and he was away but Abraham saw his wife beating and cursing at the children and told her to give Ishmael a message and it was in code. Get rid of the nail in the tent. Ishmael was big when he left Abraham so he understood what that meant. He remarried and Abraham again went to find him and Ishmael again wasn’t around and he left another message in code and told her to tell him to keep the nail in the tent that it is good. She offered Abraham food and water as well. This time Ishmael left with everyone to find Abraham and they all lived together for many years
