The game is not a virus, these errors were created on purpose, the "crashes" is the game trying to keep the player invested, thinking it's a crash so they try to re-open it to continue. The first crash has a prompt saying "soniceditablerom.exe has failed to log into your current internet connection" saying that the game is trying to see you which it cannot, and will not due to how it's coded, the prompts aren't real, and are there to instill fear.

It is actually a virus, from the point of view from someone that knows enough, it changes the client appdata over the deskop. Virus are still scripted

For instance, you could receive an email with a malicious attachment, open the file unknowingly, and then the computer virus runs on your computer. Viruses are harmful and can destroy data, slow down system resources, and log keystrokes. There is also malware, which is different from a virus and is made for more malicious purposes; a piece of software that is specifically designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to a computer system. it does none of this and decompiling it shows that these don't do anything. The popups and window movement are coded to do so and do absolutely no harm. Virus checks say that it isn't a virus and looking through every line of code shows nothing bad at all.
