Bryeet Sonny nah you can say perm I say perm all the time🤷🏾♀️
@bryeetsonny94584 жыл бұрын
ada johnson a perm is when you get your hair permanently curled,a lot of people get perms and relaxers confused
@adajohnson74414 жыл бұрын
Bryeet Sonny perming isn’t curling is it? Where I come from perming isn’t curling it’s making your hair straight we call it the same thing
@bryeetsonny94584 жыл бұрын
ada johnson my family calls it perming also😂 until I looked at the definitions between both hair “treatments”,relaxers relax curl patterns,perms curl the hair and they do complete opposites for hair,you still get what the person’s referring too tho when they say perm🤷🏽♀️

Girllll yes the shrinkage is real irritating. I have to stretch my hair with bands because I wanted to take a break from heat for a while.
@NaturallyZandra4 жыл бұрын
it's not irritating.. it means your hair is healthy sis. Embrace that shrinkage!! I don't like to use a lot of heat like this on my strands either so you aren't alone. lol I have very fine strands.
@sensimania4 жыл бұрын
@@NaturallyZandra For me, shrinkage is irritating because my hair constantly tangles more in its shrunken state. Which especially isnt good for fine hair like mine because it also means more knots which leads to scissors. I need the "stretch" in my life, lol!
@NaturallyZandra4 жыл бұрын
sensimania I understand but sis I think that’s for all of us lol. Stretching will definitely reduce knots and whatnot 👍🏽🙌🏽

Do you ever use heat protectant when you stretch your hair and how often do you stretch with this style? I don't wanna get heat damage but I love the stretched look 😫😭
@Jenna-zl9su4 жыл бұрын
Demari Nikole you can blow dry on low heat with heat protectant or you can do chunky braids to stretch the hair and then gently brush them out for a blow out ( but that takes more time). Also make sure your wearing sun protectant if you are out in hot sun because the sun can cause heat damage too ! :)
