Ther rear duel suspension is to stiff for anyone less then 210lbs, I removed the neoprene bushings, which makes it easy to adjust the spring rates with a flat 13mm open-end wrench

Does anyone know how to replace/readjust the folding latch/clip? The part to the left of the throttle. I loosened it to readjust the position and ended up with it not closing enough and requires so much pressure to close i don't think I'm doing it right. I see no guides nor can even find replacement parts for this as anything i look up ends up with the folding part of the scooter itself on the pole the part that bends. Any help would be appreciated

You double tap the power button, which activates sport. Vise Vera, if you want It back to eco mode and one tap to turn the light on or off.

How many miles can it go on a full charge

They clame 17 miles, but realistically your looking closer to 12-14 miles mostly flat ground

If you aren’t close to 200 pounds (I’m 115) then you can get to 17 only. If you’re heavier you’re looking at 15-16

That thin protrusion of the platform looks like it will wreck your shin if it swings into it. Has that been an issue?

Can you break the speed limiter to go faster?

I have a little information on my page about this scooter. The top speed on this you will ever see is about 18 to 20 miles an hour that's it, this is a 36 volt system and a very small battery these things are cheap for a reason they're pretty decent and get you where you need to go now I have heard of some of these scooters doing 15 or 16 mph they complain to the company the company sent him a new controller which was programmed to actually do the 20 miles an hour they claim if you want to go faster than that I suggest you get a minimum of a 500 watt scooter. Hope this helps
