For PACIFIC: You should have one big 11 block tall window going around the top floor. It would cap off the build and make it feel more complete, You could even build a pool up there and place the rubber animals there as a new meeting room that lets you see the shopping district. I think it would look really sick if you randomly replaced some of those windows with solid cyan (gray) terracotta. That way you'll get some really nice random asymmetry. It would look really modern and slick I think.
