You can ignore people during salah only if they are disturbing u unnecessarily or for some little things or something that can be done later.... In case of emergencies u have stop the prayer and go for help if needed... for eg. a sick person is calling u, or a child or a blind or insane person is waking towards some danger, or an animal tries to approach u etc.

It is different in a way like... A woman should keep her hands little bit above the chest and a man keeps his hands lower the chest .. the fingers should not be wide open they should be close to each other.. ruku is the same.. for sajdah, a man raise his elbows and same for the woman but not as high as a man.. but the elbow should not touch the ground.. and a woman should not stand wide ( which means , her feets should not be wide open as a man does) I hope it helps you.. because I have seen many women in Pakistan who argue on that a woman's elbow should touch the ground which is totally wrong.. a man and a woman's way of Salah is not different , it's just a woman should cover herself and should not stand like a man

Look up on youtube " step by step islamic prayer " There are videos, even animated ones that are great for learning. Also, write the whole prayer on a big paper in transliteration and put it in front of you to practice and also to pray like that until you memorize it. Thats how i did it and worked great.
