I believe in you. You can do it. Just remember Allah always wacthing you and you are in the presence of Allah. That would maybe help you. Do your dhikr and if you have those urges just went to a walk or take a cold shower. spend that energy to gym or hanging with your friends. If you feel that urge to watch, do not be alone. speak with your family, have hobbies and find things that would make you unbored, maybe this things will help you. And with Allah's help, I BELİEVE that you will free from this bad habit.

You can do it brother inshaallah do your workouts everyday pray to allah and delete your social media until you’re mentally stable (I mean till you get control of yourself ) that will help inshaallah. I pray that allah give us all strength to overcome our desires

I managed to get out of it some time ago. I am a convert and I took that habbit with me from my old life. Took time to get over it. Have Sabr and try everyday. Thats not a struggle that can be won within a day, a week or a month. It might take years. I fell back to it after staying away from it for months, and then tried again. Sabr, try again and again. Always keep praying and Duaa. Allah is testing you with this. He wants you to see fighting it. If he is pleased with your struggle, one day He will make it easy for you inshaa Allah. Stay strong bro
