اللَّهُمَّ رَضِّنِي بِقَضَائِكَ وَبَارِكْ لِي فِي قَدَرِكَ حَتَّى لَا أُحِبَّ تَعْجِيلَ شَيْءٍ أَخَّرْتَهُ وَلَا تَأْخِيرَ شَيْءٍ عَجَّلْتَهُ
Allahumma raddini bi qada'ika wa barik li fima quddira hatta la uhibba ta'jila ma akhkharta wa la ta'khira ma'ajjalt
“O Allah, make me content with Your providence and bless me in Your decree, such that I would not like to hasten what has been delayed, nor delay what has been hastened.”

Have patience, I know it is hard but remember Aallaah doesn’t burden one what he can’t bear. If Aallaah would have allowed us to see the future we would be embarrassed for not trusting Aallaah on the this particular matter. He always gives us more than what we deserve and what we ask for. I see that in the description and the comments, the words maa akhart and maa ajjalt are replaced with shai'in akhart and shai'in ajjalt. What is the difference and is one or the other right or wrong?

Maa and shai’in are interchangeable for words similar to “what” or “the thing which” “What you delay and what you hasten” “That which you delay or that which you hasten” The same way we can use multiple words interchangeably in English, it happens in Arabic. The meaning hasn’t change and Allah ﷻ knows best.
