Excellent lecture delivered yet to see during my legal study.One very pertinent question pertaining to legal share in irrigated land property.Father has 2 son and 5 daughters.Father under love and affection ,mutated the entire property in name of one son in his life time and all others are deprived of their legal shared. Question arises that:- 1.Is this mutation is correct under inheritance law or illegal and not tenable in eyes of prevailing inheritance law 2.If illegal what remedy is aval. Kindly give your option on the matter in issue.
