Sir, Very clear eplanation. Thank you ji. Am a Law student so I found it very useful in understanding succession in Muslim Law. I am clear about shares of Sharers and what is Escheat. One point is unclear, What part of Property is kept for Sharers, what part for Resuduaries, what part for Kindred ? Because, There is never anything left after sharers, in fact it is always beyond 1, assuming all sharers are alive. If this is the case, why is the concept of Residuaries and Kindred here? Or is it so that whole property goes to sharers first and only when the successors of sharers are not left, it goes to next level i.e Residuaries and so on.

Hi Vakeel Saheb, I have a question where does the property go in case the Muslim Law where the farm land owner both husband and Wife died and the don't have any kids and the owners brothers also deceased. now who is the legal heir with whom the property transaction needs to be dealt. do we have to go to court to obtain the legal right of the property
