Thank you @fdayn5550 for your lovely reply...I ask Allah swt sincerity and that these video are of benefit. I understand some people's reservation, as it borderlines certain ideologies. Once you are aware of them and you avoid them, meditation actually turns into an act of Worship, a moment of contemplation of provision or a moment of Dhikir. What I try to add are the breathing instructions, which science has proved time and time again, its effectiveness in calming the mind and thoughts down, which in turn allows for a deeper connection to the spoken words that conforms to the teachings of Allah in the Quran and the words of our Beloved Prophet Mohammed PBUH in the Hadeeth. thank you for your kind words once again, and if there is any Idea you wish there is a meditation video for, i will be honoured to explore and make it insha'Allah.

Thanks for this. Very thoughtfully composed by a gracious gentleman. It's too sad Muslims can't just learn to relax with a peaceful technique unless it's introduced explaining this it's not Bi'dah.
