I believe that to believe that a Muslim cannot have mental health problems brings more mental benefits than to believe the opposite, which leads to despair. After all, this does not necessarily have to be associated with stigmatization. It is possible to recognize the presence of mental problems, and really work on an individual level with people, and still consider that the problem is related to the bad practice of Islam. After all, faith in Allah, trust in him and trust in him and everything connected with it, and faith in the Afterlife. If you unpack all this, it brings great benefits to mental and emotional health, and helps to fight stress, gives meaning and purpose to life, helps to recover quickly from injuries and even avoid them in different situations if you approach the situation with satisfaction and patience.

And yes, it is not a myth that the problems of mental disorder are associated with low iman. I quote a hadith that Allah tests those He loves, remember the verses that a difficult life awaits the unbelievers and believers who practice iman and good deeds have a wonderful, happy life, it is very easy to refute this.

I also don't understand why these references to studies that are constantly being criticized and changed, and so what if such a large number of Muslims suffer. We have mental crises because the Ummah itself is in crisis . As if discrimination is not something new, this was also the case during the reign of the Prophet Salallahu alayhi wa Salam , while he always smiled and was the most active and full of energy.

Even speaking about the year of the Prophet's tribulation (salallahu alayhi wa Salam), the bottom line is that a lot of sad events have happened this year, but how does this undermine the narrative that Muslims do not suffer from mental disorders? Everyone can and should have healthy emotions, it doesn't mean that he suffered from mental disorders because of this. He was as active as before.
