Bought 1977 I28 in 2003 sailed for 18 years off the California coast out of Dana Point, CA, to San Diego, Channel Islands, Ventura and everything else in between. Great sailing boat, got compliments everywhere we sailed. I was lucky that the previous owner had just installed a Yanmar GM20 before selling the boat to me. Thanks for the video!

I made a bridge deck of sorts for my Bristol 29.9. Just a sturdy deck board wedged by stringers between the two benches across the main hatch with a separate drop board up to the level of the deck board. Works out well.

Excellent review! I have a 1981 Bahama 28. Got lucky it came with a yanmar diesel! But wish it came with a bit more storage. They don’t build them like they used to!

Another really good old boat that deserves to be kept alive! My personal favourite was the Bianca 27, despite the mechanical issues it presented you with. You could say I am biased though, as I'm half way through restoring a 1968 Great Dane 28...definitely another "Good Old Boat"! Keep them coming!🙂👍
