We call it "lukot"here in Quezon province,I'm preserving those lukot hives in our farm,very beneficial in natural pollination of vegetables and fruit farms,they are five star bees,safe for humans

The honey of the kiyot is darker than the usual honey. And also if you put it in the freezer it won't froze honestly. That's how I knew that a real honey doesn't froze, why I knew bcoz I have bought that honey in one of my friends here in Samal. Thanks

It’s so amazing how you both respect living creatures that helps in pollination of our food sources and such. I appreciate your simple gesture in making a difference to our Mother Nature. I love gardening myself and I am highly allergic to bees and wasps but, if you don’t bother them , they are not going to bother you. I still go to my yard on a regular basis during spring and summer since everything else died down during the winter months here. Thank you so much Baris and Darlene. We call it LUKOT, the smallest bee: it doesn't bite and is stingless but it gets caught and messes your hair up.
