I’ve made these at least 10 times now, as they turn out PERFECTLY every time. You can cook them without the tails too and you get the same end result. You can use small shrimp too as opposed to Jumbo. All sizes work! And wow what a delicious recipe! Thank you! 😘💕🙌

Cooked it, thought oh no The corn starch didnt stay on. I always over cooked shrimp this time it worked well. When everything was finished With every bite was a delicious. AMEN. Served with a plain yellow rice. This senior disabled wants to say Thank You. Oh and the corn starch held the secret to the taste as it absorbed the juice.

Using corn starch like this is common in Chinese dishes and if you use potato starch it is even better. I am going to definitely try this recipe but will need to make modifications as I can’t get all the same spices she uses where I live. Can’t wait.......looks so yummy

Made this and it was amazing! Put it over garlic mashed potatoes. Next time I’ll try it over cheesy grits. I used the seasoning amounts listed with 20 large shrimp and it was perfect. Only needed 1/3 the cornstarch amount.

I don’t like seafood at all lol but I decided to make it for my fiancé since he loves seafood and he really enjoyed it and so did my father in law! I felt blind cooking this since I don’t know what it should taste like or if I needed more salt but luckily I was fine just by following along and what I thought was enough salt. That looks absolutely amazing. One thing I'd probably personally do differently is to put all the shrimp in a massive ziploc bag then add the seasoning and shake it up, add the cornstarch then shake up. Thank you for a great recipe.

Just got back from Spain, where all of the restaurants had their version of Garlic Shrimp. I wanted to duplicate what they were doing, but when I scrolled past your shrimp and saw the nice crust (the ones I ate didn't have the crust) it made me click on the video. I've been frying nice crispy shrimp for over 50 years but whenever I make shrimp scampi or something that add shrimp they come out too soft. Never knew a simple trick like corn starch could make such a difference. My scampi came out perfect tonight cause I made all the ingredients together then added the shrimp. That corn starch was magic!! I love this recipe!!!!!!! Wanted to slow down on the breaded shrimp and this is by far the best alternative!!

wow, just tried this recipe and it is BOMB! literally quick and easy just like the title and its extremely tasty!!!! I used corn meal instead of corn starch since i didnt have the starch. tysm!
