Looks amazing. One thing I'll never understand is why people start boiling their pasta so early. It doesn't take that long! And the last thing you want is overcooked pasta. It ruins the entire dish. It continues cooking when you add it to the mixture! It's not just you. It's everyone. I always hold off and it turns out so much better.
