what a brilliant bike I just bought a gsx-s1000f. I been riding sports bikes for year's it's time know to get a upright bike . don't carry pillion passenger. a upright sports bike I love it .

Great looking bike there Suzuki, though on a personal basis I'll probably be going for a new 1250 Bandit next year.

wozza59 If you are going 2 up with luggage on the 2015 1250.... think again unless your mrs is a midget weighing in at 5 stone. I'm not massive and my mrs isnt either. Once the top box is on and you both get on, she will push you forwards into the tank. The room between the tank and top box on the 1250 is 24/25 inches. On my CBF1000 (which i personally dont like but it was cheap and does the job) its 28/29 inches. Also rear foot rests are high on the 1250 so your mrs knees will catch her helmet. Sit on one before parting with cash.

wozza59 take ya bird too. If solo riding only.... i think you wont find better for a grunty super tourer for this money. 2 up with luggage though... i think forget it.

Bikerboythousand I do appreciate your advice.. Luckily I ride 99% as a solo rider as my wife these days isn't so keen to come on the back anymore, but I still think what your saying is good to check out anyhow.

I have a gixxer 1000 for looney days and a CBF1000 (yukk) for touring. I love my gixxer, its brilliant but i'm not getting any younger. I test rode the non fairing version and i thought it was absolutely brilliant. Only had it for 40 mins (should have been an hour but thats my local dealer for you) and the only thing i didnt like about it was the handlebar mounted mirrors... I dont like hb mounted mirrors. When i heard there was a full fairing version i was going to buy one and trade in both of my 1000's as this could have done both jobs but they left the mirrors on the bars and theres no luggage coming for it. Therefore..... not having it. I've lost interest in it now. Great bike though. I love suzis!
