I love this bike. It does everything just right. As far as the front end looks. I like it, the front end reminds me of a Falcon, a mean one at that. Works for me. :)

The ONLY rival is the Z1000? Nope, and it's even better than both those bikes, the gen 1 FZS1000 Fazer, in fact, listening to you 2 some more it just sounds like Suzuki have been raiding the Fazer forums, Renthal bars, almost every Fazer owner has installed them, they had to go Brembo because Yamaha has their own blue spot calipers, which are ample enough to compete, it's just a perfect bike, apart from the fact that it's carbed and not fuel injected, the electrical gubbins, the anti launch for instance, not really needed anyway because the rider will get to know about how much throttle to give it

I'm 34 and love this bike. I've had sports bikes in the past, this is on another level and comfortable to ride.

I own a GSX-S1000 ABS (naked version) and could not agree more! It's fun, it's so easy to ride and for under 10 grand it's got to be a bargain! Took mine to Tuscany and wouldn't want any other bike on those twisties.

Excellent review! I have been riding a S1000F for the last 2+ months. It’s an awesome bike! Handles great. I set the TRC @ 1 and the bike grips the road so good. Lot of power across the board.

Fine review; smuggles in relevant and informed opinions without collapsing under the weight of detail. Brilliant editing. Among other bikes, over the last 40 years I've owned four new Suzuki's and not one has looked aesthetically pleasing from every angle . . . and some would say from any angle. Face only a mom could love? That may keep a few lingering in the orphanage, but it won't stop everyone from filing the papers. This review makes me think that if I could find a demo or a gotta-sell with a few character scars I'd buy one tomorrow.
