I love this guy! 😂 A little note though about burning calories: I know it can feel so pointless to exercise when you get information that you only burned a few calories. However, firstly: that calculation is a standard & it’s different for every individual so it should be considered with a grain of salt. Secondly: we keep burning calories long after we exercise, so keep that in mind as well. And exercising does so much more great things for your body than just burning calories. What you eat is also extremely important, but that goes without saying. 😅💗

15 isn't alot but there is additional consumption of "calories" by muscles. Muscles need energy(consume calories) all the time, even when you sleep. Muscles are not like traditional machines that consume fuel only when they work. Quite the opposite. They have to be repaired and ready use. If you train them you are setting them up for next day. You could say that if you want lose some weight tomorrow, train today.

for real though, if you want to lose weight, you should check how much calories there are in the things you eat so you can eat the things with a lot of calories in one byte less often. Also make sure you eat enough fiber so you feel saturated longer. And drink water with your meals, water has zero calories so you can use it to help you feel full, and proper hydration is important anyway.
