I live in Australia. We don't have this problem. Our universal mostly free health system is predicated on prevention. In the USA, (I did live there for 10 years), the health system is predicated on sales and profit, not population health improvement and improved morbidity and mortality rates. The biggest drug dealers In the USA aren't pushing illicit drugs. They are pushing legitimate approved drugs at world's highest prices, (in the US). And the word 'preventive' is never spoken in the corridors of these companies. Heaven forbid you should ever regain health and no longer be dependent on their expensive nostrums

I hate it when you go to a doctor, and he tells you that the medication he is prescribing is very safe, and then you research the medication, and it turns out that it does have the possibility to cause a heart attack or sudden death. I'm like, this is a safe drug, what's an unsafe one like then?

If i had the power to snap my fingers and commercials worldwide would disappear, i would do it. Billions and billions of dollars and euro's are spent yearly on commercials. Stop making commercials and spend the billions to make your products cheaper. This would make consumers happy. Commercials are a punishment to viewers. 😮‍💨
