Thank you! That's not about chords, you need a basic fingering with muting technique together then you can play any chords without any noises! Always go back a few steps! Then you can fix it! Practicing more is not great!

You're very welcome! I just listened what Gaofunk was playing a few times and I just played these chords on the spot so I did not do any arrangement. Just like simple duo LIVE performance that we play things on the spot while we are listening each others. This case, Gaofunk provided his part and I was listening his part from my computer and made this video. I only played twice and Gaofunk did choose my first take! Like this... better to play once or twice. I played more vocal melody type phrasings. While i was playing this solo, never thought about any scales. I think about scales only when I am practicing guitar. I love this Ibanez AZ2203! So easy to play & a great tone!

How are you able to play along together via whatever remote you were using? Is this zoom or FaceTime?
@TomoFujitaMusic29 күн бұрын
Not like that at all! Gaofunk just sent his video with his part first then I record my part while listening his part. I played twice and Gaofunk picked this my first take.

@@TomoFujitaMusic thank you so much for the reply Tomo. When the pandemic came along, I was forced to teach lessons online. I still have a few remotes students and we use FaceTime. The problem is, of course you cannot play along with the student. I feel that this is such a valuable part of an in person lesson. I always enjoy your videos. I also graduated from Berklee College of music. I was so lucky I had an apartment on Edgerly Road right between the two buildings.
