Would you recommend following along with your training cycles or are they too advanced for a begginer\intermediate?

You always want to start with more general work so that you don’t get hurt

Zach Edey says: "Come On!" (since you can dunk on this thang 😉🤭😆). I have to remember to build cognition from the Rotary because my shoulders need to come all the way up into a superior synergy affirmation. And I'm losing confidence that I can master grip the basketball. There is a saying that Weights stunt growth; bad news is above 350lbs. Oh yeah: "I'm rich but I need a Gold Chain 😇".💌🏀🔭🌟💯🤑🙏😇

why aren't you doing those heavy overcoming squat isos also single leged like with the calfs? The neural drive is higher for sure with unitlateral exercises.

I haven’t actually! My training has more and more shifted to jumping higher and less so about the technical aspect of dunking
