Doesn't the stool have to be the last fixture on a horizontal vent system?

By stool do you mean toilet? When wet venting each fixture is required to have an individual connection to the vent. The drain is considered a drain and vent down to the last fixture. So as long as the toilet is connected to the wet vent it does not have to be the last fixture in a line.

To the lav in floor plan it looked like two 45's. Im taking my exam soon and wondering if thats how its done or are you representing a 90 when going horizontally into main? Thanks

You can use a long sweep 90 or two 45s. Either option is fine. But two 45s provides better flow.

What does a k mean ? kitchen sink? On an isometric plumbing drawing, I need to understand the letter meaning, lav lavatory for example, WC, (toilet water closet) what else would be? that affects the fixture units, or drain. Thank you

I use the ReMarkable tablet to draw. It can connect with my computer through Wi-Fi and shows real time what I am drawing. Then I screen record with Camtasia.

Pretty sure I know how to plumb. Some codes might not allow this but it is basic wet venting. You are correct though. This is not ok where dry venting or individual venting is required. International Plumbing Code allows for wet vent connections below the center line.
