Fun fact: One person who would have taken Mannerheim out of power was Mannerheim himself. He had every chance to become de facto dictator of the country with public support (bit like Ludendorf or Hindenburg of WWI), but immediately when he was able to, he said my job here is done, have democracy back. There is one more secret focus hidden in Finnish Focus Tree. It's called "Innovative Designs". And it is hidden until you do "National Armor Focus [Mutually exclusive with: Sissi]", and "Militarized Society". Its giving 1 Random Building slot, and there 1 Military factory, and its create Hyökkäysvaunu Super Heavy Tank variant on gaining technology Super-Heavy Tank Chassis.

i found with any country that has low manpower, get a collab government off on the nearest place you defeat, for you it would be for the soviets. for me when i played as Australia, I got a full collab off on India, joined Japan and i was working with zero manpower for awhile then when I finished India I had 7 million manpower as Australia, just focus spies on the nearest high manpower nation as an small non major when you know yoru heading that way (P.S. I drank too many beers when I wrote this)
